she hulk review 1660740776213

After “Miss Marvel”, a new superheroine arrives on Disney+. “She-Hulk” depicts the life of a lawyer transformed into a green monster after an accident. An adaptation that is different and relies on humor. We’ve seen the first four episodes to prepare this spoiler-free review.
The She-Hulk series was not even released yet and social networks were already buzzing, but not always for the right reasons. The trailer that unveiled the first images of the adaptation of the adventures of the green-skinned heroine had been criticized, given the disappointing special effects. Facing the negative opinions, Disney+ presented a second trailer a few weeks later with a more realistic Miss Hulk. But is this bad start like the rest of the series expected on August 18?

The heroine Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) is a brilliant lawyer and cousin of Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), a scientist able to change into the Hulk and member of the superhero team the Avengers. During a car accident, she is contaminated by Bruce’s blood and transforms into a female version of the green creature, with a multiplied strength and resistance.

The young woman tries with difficulty to reconcile her professional life with her new power. But soon she is asked to head up a new legal division defending the growing number of superheroes across the city.

His first client is far from being the easiest, it’s Emil Blonsky, also known as the Abomination (Tim Roth). A former soldier capable of transforming himself into a scaly giant and who years before had tried to kill Bruce Banner (The Incredible Hulk). Still imprisoned since, the lawyer will have to plead for his release despite the obvious conflict of interest in this case.
