At Nobu Singapore a scrumptious six-course omakase feast awaits. Diners can look forward to Chef’s Grilled Freshwater Jumbo Shrimp with Chili Shiso and Ginger Salsa, as well as Nobu Pastry Chef’s special “Love Mailbox” dessert, house-made using chocolate Earl Grey mousse, caramel cream and served with a delightful raspberry sorbet.

Then raise a glass to celebrate the occasion with two specially themed craft cocktails Daini-botan or Mexican Romance, with the former’s name meaning the “second button” of a men’s shirt, one closest to the heart; a tribute to the endearing Japanese tradition of giving a keepsake to someone special. Cocktails are also available à la carte at SGD 26 per cocktail.
