Radisson Hotel Group continued to excel in its expansion plans of being amongst the top three hotel groups in the world. With its strong portfolio of nine distinct brands and growing, the hotel brand had an exceptional year of openings in 2022.
Radisson Collection introduced six new hotels in Bilbao, Pula, Tirana, Riyadh, Tallinn, and Istanbul, and the Group plan to add new pivotal additions in 2023. As it continues to be the fastest-growing upscale brand in EMEA, Radisson added properties in Belgium, Poland, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Dubai, and Turkey.

Radisson Red, the vibrant upper upscale brand, celebrated the openings of Liverpool, Madrid, Gdansk, and Oslo. At the same time, Radisson Blu continued to be the largest upper premier brand in Europe over the decade by opening in Romania, Madagascar, the UK, Spain, and South Sudan.
Radisson Individuals extended with over 20 properties in Italy, France, Poland, and Thailand. Radisson Hotel Group even launched its first Radisson Individuals Retreats in India, opening Rakkh Resort. The resort offers out-of-the-ordinary experiences of wellness programs, cultural excursions, specialist gastronomy, and more.
In China, Radisson Hote Group signed and opened 80 hotels and forecasts further market growth, aiming to double its Chinese portfolio over the next five years. Across APAC, the Group founded Business Units in Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, and Sydney to support owners and partners, providing in-depth expertise.
The Group also welcomed 130 strong Resorts to its portfolio, and 2023 looks just as promising as the Group signed an alliance with Ruptub Solutions Private Limited in India to add 150 hotels under the midscale brand.
