Feb. 12—CUMBERLAND — A city man was jailed Saturday after allegedly threatening people with a knife at a Glenwood Street residence, Cumberland Police said.
David Aaron Twigg Sr., 37, was being held Sunday without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center on charges including first- and second-degree assault, three counts each of reckless and intoxicated endangerment and second-degree child abuse.
