The new Airport Rail Line opened recently in Perth, Western Australia, making it much easy for travellers to get to the city from the airport. After a long wait, the Airport Railway Line in Perth, the capital of Western Australia has finally opened. TellMeWhere2Go’s Steve Collins was on one of the first trains and presents this video about the journey. The train journey gets you from the centre of Perth to the airport terminal in about 20 minutes. about a quarter of the journey is underground, as the builders had to tunnel under the Swan River and also the airport. The effort is truly worthwhile. The new railway provides a fast and cheap mode of transport between the suburbs, the city, and the airport.
