Spring is a season of renewal and celebration, and what better way to enjoy it than with a sumptuous meal at Origin Grill, the farm-to-table restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore Tower Wing. Origin Grill is inspired by the origin of flavours, travel adventures and Singapore’s illustrious history of bountiful trade and tropical splendour. The restaurant uses fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from artisan farms from around the world, and showcases them with a pared-back style of cooking that is clean, and unpretentious but intriguing and massive on flavour.

Origin Grill has prepared an Easter specialty menu that is brimming with seasonal flavours and dishes that will evoke the joys of spring. You can start your meal with a choice of appetisers such as the Organic Vegetable Garden with an abundance of Grilled Baby Carrots, Turnips, Cauliflower and Burnt Butter Cream with Almonds or Parmesan and Truffle Poached Egg. These dishes are light and refreshing, and highlight the freshness and quality of the produce.

For the main course, you can choose from a variety of options that will satisfy your palate and appetite. If you are a meat lover, you can go for the signature Josper-grilled Rangers Valley Beef Striploin MBS 3+ with Duck Fat Fries and Watercress Salad. The beef is tender and juicy and grilled to perfection over charcoal for a smoky flavour. If you prefer seafood, you can opt for the Smoked Atlantic Salmon with Grilled Broccolini, Caper Tomato Beurre Noisette and Confit Fennel. The salmon is moist and flaky, and complemented by the tangy and nutty sauce and the sweet and crunchy fennel.

Finally, you can end your Easter meal with a pretty dessert that will make you smile. The Sunflower and Walnut Honey dessert is a delightful creation that features a sunflower-shaped sponge cake filled with honey cream and walnut praline crunch. It is a sweet and nutty treat that will make you feel like spring has arrived.
