IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a deal with Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company to open a new property in West London. The new Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush will be the brand’s sixth location in UK’s capital.
The 252-room hotel will undergo “significant” development and refurbishment before opening in spring 2025. Redesigned facilities will include a restaurant and bar, spa, business facilities, and meeting spaces.

Located in the hub of Shepherd’s Bush, the neighbourhood offers guests excellent transport links, local attractions, and marketplaces. With every Hotel Indigo drawing on the story of its local area, this latest hotel will encapsulate the culture and style of the lively neighbourhood.

First launching as a boutique-style brand in 2004, Hotel Indigo now has 41 properties in Europe, and another 16 hotels are in the planning phase. The brand has a collection of 143 hotels globally, with another 119 in development. The brand will double its portfolio presence over the next three to five years.
