Cordis In Auckland’s CBD will be celebrating Easter this year with a series of activities for the whole family.
Start your journey in the hotel’s beautiful lobby with The Great Easter Egg Competition. See the large display of Easter eggs that you can go in the draw to win, simply by guessing the number of eggs.
The For the Families package is designed to help families celebrate Easter while spending precious, quality time with the family during the school holidays. This room package includes a luxury one-night stay, breakfast for two adults and two children at Eight Restaurant, an in-house movie of your choice and valet parking. Each child under 12 will also receive a complimentary Cordis Kids backpack filled with goodies to play with too.
If chocolate cravings arise, hop on down to Chandelier Lounge for a pre-booked Easter High Tea by Cordis with TWG. This special Easter High Tea, priced at $99 per adult and $55 per child, is available from the seventh of April to the tenth of April and includes a glass of bubbles for the adults and an iced chocolate drink for the children.
An array of savoury delights will be served including hot smoked salmon on cauliflower rice salad and mango gel and cranberry, chicken and brie tart with walnut chutney. For the sweet tooths, there’s a delectable chocolate and hazelnut tart, apple caramel tatin and pear and vanilla éclair
Indulge during the Easter weekend with the chocolate fountain in Eight Restaurant, with a delectable lunch, dinner and chocolate desserts.
The Sweet Treats dessert station will be ‘choc full’ of decadent desserts and there will also be a luscious Crème de Chocross Cocktail available for the adults to purchase. Along with all-time favourite dishes in the Eight kitchens, there will be succulent lamb and ham at the carving station for both lunch and dinner and Easter eggs for the kids.
