If you struggle getting enough fruit and vegetables into you, then this mango and lime smoothie recipe is ideal for you. The spinach and banana blend beautifully to create a smooth treat that gets you three of your 5 a day in just one glass.

We find that this smoothie is great to prep this the night before and store overnight in the blender if you’re having it for breakfast. That means when you wake up, all you have to do is give it a quick blitz.
Mango And Lime Smoothie: Ingredients
- Limes
- Banana
- Yoghurt
- Mango
- Orange juice (apple, nectarine or mixed fruit juice will also work)
- Spinach
Wash the spinach before you put it in the blender.
Peel and add the mango. You will probably find pre-sliced mango in your local supermarket, which is a quick alternative.
Add in the chopped banana and the lime juice.
Finish off by adding in the juice and the yoghurt. If you want to thin it out add more juice, and if you want to thicken it just add more yoghurt.
Blend for about 1 minute until it is super smooth.
You now have a tall glass of pure goodness and a fantastic go-to mango and lime smoothie recipe.
