This Korean beef bibimbap bowl is the perfect dish for a lunch time snack or simple dinner. With quick cooking techniques and readily available ingredients, it is a dish you can cook up at home in no time.

We’ve kept the recipe super simple, but you can spice it up even more if you want, by adding sesame seeds, herbs or extra vegetables.
Korean Beef Bibimbap Bowl: Ingredients
- Rice wine vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Green onions
- Eggs
- Garlic
- Brown sugar
- Ground beef
- Rice (to serve)
Start by mixing the soy sauce and rice wine vinegar together.
Add in the brown sugar and mix until everything is properly combined.
Heat a large pan or wok over a medium heat and add in the chopped garlic and chopped green onions.
After a minute of frying, turn up the heat to full and add in the ground beef. You will need to use a spatula or wooden spoon to break down the beef and remove any large lumps.
After 4-5 minutes of cooking, the beef should be broken down and starting to brown off. Add in the soy sauce mix.
Cook the sauce and beef until it starts to brown up and sizzle up. Remove from the heat.
Fry up an egg in a large frying pan, making sure to leave the yolk nice and soft!
Serve the beef on top of the rice and finish off by adding the egg and some fresh chopped green onions…
