Two Michelin-starred Waku Ghin, for instance is making a much-celebrated comeback after temporarily closing its doors for renovations in June 2019. Tiffin Room is one of our go-to places for North Indian cuisine, and they’ve partnered with local family restaurant Samy’s Curry for a two-week pop-up menu that you don’t want to miss.

Singapore’s wood-fired barbeque destination Meatsmith goes global

Local grilled meat specialist Meatsmith is going international: all the way to Medina Centrale, The Pearl, located in Qatar Doha. The menu is set to feature a blend of favourites from both the Telok Ayer and Little India branch in Singapore, including the Wagyu Brisket Burger, 14-hour Smoked Beef Short Rib, Melt in the Mouth American Brisket and Smoked Cauliflower. As for drinks, Meatsmith Doha will play host to a neat selection of house-crafted mocktails, soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea.

Two Michelin-starred Waku Ghin re-opens at Marina Bay Sands after almost two years

After almost two years of renovations, two Michelin-starred Waku Ghin is making a glorious return to its home in Marina Bay Sands, complete with brand new dining experiences. This includes a stylish new bar for customised cocktails, private dining as well as a newly launched a la carte menu. Here, diners can expect favourites like the marinated Botan shrimp with sea urchin and oscietria caviar on the seasonal menu, alongside other dishes that’ll feature the best seasonal produce across Japan, Europe and Australia.

Tiffin Room and Samy’s Curry collaborates for a pop-up

If you missed Tiffin Room’s collaboration with Thevar last year, don’t fret. The iconic Raffles Hotel restaurant is back with another pop-up, this time with the well-loved Samy’s Curry. Here, guests will go on a gastronomic experience through both the North and South Indian culinary worlds with a selection of 10 aromatic dishes. Feast on classic dishes like the Mysore Mutton and Chicken Masala from Samy’s Curry, and Tiffin Room delights like the Scallops Curry, Lamb Briyani, and Tiffin Dal Makhani.

The Tiffin Room x Samy’s Curry pop-up is available from now to 10 March 2021, for both lunch and dinner service. A vegetarian menu alternative is also available.

Transport yourself to Western Australia with these Pinot Picnic hampers

Treat yourself to cocktails like the Yuzito, a refreshing yuzu-infused mojito with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, melon, yuzu, mint and bitters, or go on an adventure with Old Memories, a twist on an Old Fashioned that’s based on the popular coconut, corn and sago pudding dessert in Thailand with Rebel Yell Rye, coconut, pandan, popcorn and bitters.
