Holey Mothership

No lies, there’s not a single thing we dislike at Holey Artisan Bakery. Following the success of their first two branches over at Soi Sawasdee and Suan Phlu, the sour dough-focused bakery brand will now fuel the city with more quality bread at the new branch, the Holey Mothership, over in Phra Khanong. Must-tries include Multiseeded Sourdough Loaf, Croissant, Death by Chocolate Cake, Party Cake Square, and the Salami Mio Sandwich packed with ribbons of Salami Napoli, kalamata olives, and more goodies. Their latest item, the Holey Smash Burger, is also impressively enormous yet surprisingly soft.

Nama Sushi Bar

A Birthday cake is a birthday cake for a reason. It should not be ordinary. Nama Sushi Bar crafts a selection of savoury cakes that will cater to the palates of all you Japanese food fanatics. The stellar cake topping options include salmon, unagi, hotate, and uni.

Sansab Restaurant

Indulge in your love for tom yum in style at Sansab Restaurant within Siam Paragon. The Tom Yum UFO Seafood comes in a UFO-like divided shabu pot brimming with seafood and sides like mozzarella cheese, corn, quail eggs, and seaweed soup to give the broth more layers of taste and texture.

Mootod 103

Another birthday cake for this month’s Unique Eats, because seriously, it’s always someone’s birthday and he/she deserves the best of the best. For those who are not a fan of sugar-studded, saccharine treats, these sticky rice and fried pork cakes should be your move. Mootod 103 offers three main flavours for the pork cake topping, spanning salty & sweet, fermented fish relish, and truffle salt.

Just in case you’ve had enough of cronuts and cruffins, it’s about time we take delight in this new culinary croissant-related creation. Opt for the Croffle by Coffeas. It’s a combo of a croissant and a waffle — what’s not to love?
