Sean Deehan joins WTW’s consulting division in Hong Kong
Willis Towers Watson has named Sean Deehan as the new market leader of its Insurance Consulting and Technology business in Hong Kong.
Sean Deehan brings more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry to the global professional services firm. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, a company with 45,000 employees in 100+ countries, he was the chief executive officer of Standard Life in Asia, and before that he served as the firm’s chief strategy and business development officer.
Earlier in his career, Deehan served as the chief actuary and chief risk officer of Heng An Standard Life, having previously gained years of experience at Standard Life in the United Kingdom.
In his new role, Deehan leads Willis Towers Watson’s Insurance Consulting and Technology business. This practice advises clients across the insurance landscape on strategy and growth, risk and capital management, operational effectiveness, and digital transformation and technology. Deehan also leads the unit’s suite of technology and software solutions.

Last year, Willis Towers Watson appointed Former EY director Jeremy Lim as its Insurance Consulting and Technology leader for Malaysia.
