FOUR SEASONS SINGAPORE has recently introduced a New Semi-Buffet Dinner At One-Ninety from 30th Nov 2020.
One-Ninety handpicks quality produce daily and presents these choice selections at the Market Fresh Semi-Buffet Dinner, where any choice of hearty entrée is accompanied by a refreshing spread of salads, delish appetizers and enticing desserts.
What we liked about the arrangement is, all the buffet items are displayed behind acrylic shields. You could see what is available and instruct service staff to put on a plate for you. Many other places will only give you a piece of paper to order the items without displaying these items in front of you. There is a wide selection of items available and all freshly prepared.
The acrylic shields have been installed around the buffet table, cutlery is individually sanitized and wrapped and water is served in individual sanitized bottles.
For the selection of entree, we recommend the Tri-Wagyu selection. The details are on the brochure below. It is a partnership arrangement with supplier Culina, using top grade wagyu from Australia.
Wagyu lovers will not be disappointed. Good balance of fats and for best taste, enjoy while it is still warm.

Dine with ease at One-Ninety, where safe management measures have been implemented, guided by Four Seasons’ industry leading health and safety programme, Lead With Care.
