Blossoming Spring at Jiang-Nan Chun

Celebrate exquisitely amidst the idyllic ambience at Michelin-starred Jiang-Nan Chun and dine on auspicious menus crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Albert Au that spotlight fresh, seasonal produce and masterful culinary prowess.

Toss to prosperity and good fortune with Abundance Lobster, Abalone and Salmon Yu Sheng, spotlighting the fresh flavours of daily sourced lobster, abalone and salmon, complemented by hand-shredded seasonal vegetables, healthy crunch including pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and sunflower seeds, and homemade condiments and sauces. Other seasonal specials include suckling pig with avruga caviar and braised e-fu noodles with Boston lobster in superior stock.

Lunar Celebration eight-course set menus are available from SGD 1,358 per table of eight persons. Guests also have the option of individually plated six-course set menus from SGD 168 per person. Also available is the six-course Vegetarian Celebration Menu available at SGD 128 per person.

Jiang-Nan Chun presents a range of handcrafted sweet and savoury Lunar New Year delights, perfect for family celebrations or festive gifting.

Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng

Toss to good fortune with Jiang-Nan Chun’s signature yu sheng, a bestseller that comprises a delectable mix of interesting ingredients including smoked salmon, crispy vermicelli, crisp sweet potato strips, preserved papaya, beetroot and shredded radish, complemented with a homemade dressing of plum sauce and pineapple paste.

To celebrate the dawn of the new season, Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee has created an elegant golden kumquat tart that celebrates the fresh citrus gem in all its glory. Perfect for gifting and indulging, meticulously hand-sliced kumquats sit regally atop layered vanilla cream and almond frangipane enwrapped by a crisp vanilla tart.

Luxurious Pineapple Tarts

It is recommended that orders are placed two days in advance, and the last pre-order date for takeaways is February 9, 2021. Delivery is also available at SGD 58 per destination, subject to availability.
