La Rambla

La Rambla by Catalunya celebrates Easter 2021, or Pascua de Resurrecion, with a Catalan-inspired brunch feast for the whole family. Featuring fresh seafood and Easter specials only available for two days, the menu starts with a selection of traditional cold and hot tapas served to the table. Executive Chef Ferran Tadeo’s anticipated Easter specials include the traditional Suckling Pig roasted in La Rambla’s signature Segovian style and served with Catalan-style spinach. To end the decadent brunch on a sweet note, the chef and his team will offer an enticing selection of Easter treats for desserts.

For Easter 2021, the talented and creative pastry team at Island Shangri-la, led by Executive Patisserie Julien Gourmelon, has created a selection of unique Easter characters inspired by classic Japanese characters. the artisan collection, exclusively made of Valrhona chocolate, includes a Chocolate Samurai, Chocolate Geisha, Sumo Bunny and two exceptional Ikebana Easter eggs.

Le Dessert

Easter 2021

Le Dessert, famous for its Pavlova in and inventor of the safely sealed Jar Desserts, has just debuted an exclusive pop-up at Pacific Place just in time for Easter celebrations. For the occasion, the new French pastry concept launched the Easter Pavlova and the Easter Charlotte. While the pavlova traditionally originates in Australia, Le Dessert has given this beloved decadent classic a quintessentially French touch with a unique meringue texture. The pop up will run until May.

This Easter, the St Regis afternoon tea is getting an upgrade with a pop-up of four seasonal sweet treats: Spring Carrot with white chocolate camemert ganache, orange, carrot sponge; Easter Nest with caramel milk, chocolate mousse and caramel brownie; Mango Side Up with Mango confit, coconut and mango mousse; Rhubarb Mascarpone Verrine with Mascarpone cloud, rhubarb compote, strawberry.

Anglo-Indian eatery Rajasthan Rifles’ Mess Hall has the perfect picnic hamper to celebrate Easter and spring at the scenic Victoria Peak Gardens.
