SZECHUAN COURT Tantalise palates with a choice of six lavish prosperity set menus and exquisite signatures by Master Chef Mok Wan Lok. From 9 January to 8 February 2020, relish in exquisite signatures which include Chef’s Superior Consommé, Fish Maw, Bird’s Nest; Abalone Stuffed with Prawn Mousse and Crab Roe in Egg White Broth; Oven-Baked Oyster in Red Wine Sauce. Showcasing the most opulent flavours of the festive season, Szechuan Court set menus are priced from $528++ for 4 persons to $1,788++ for 10 persons, and $108++ per person for the vegetarian set menu. On the eve of Lunar New Year, two dinner seatings will be available for reunion feasts, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm (1st seating) and 8.30pm to 10.30pm (2nd seating).
A luxe spin to the traditional yusheng, Mikuni’s Longevity Yusheng ($158++, 3 – 8 persons) serves up a decadent medley of julienned vegetables with Salmon, Toro, Scallop, Seabream Sashimi, Fish Roe with Abalone. Go fancy with Treasure Yu Sheng ($218++, 3-8 persons) and savour the perfect symphony of Lobster, Salmon, Toro, Scallop, Seabream Sashimi, Fish Roe and Abalone. Available for dine-in only from 20 January to 8 February.

Gather with good company over a wonderous feast at Halal-certified Asian Market Café. Showcasing the best of local and international cuisines at its resplendent buffet and live stations, tuck into an indulgent spread which include Chicken Rice; House-made Indian Roti Prata; Satay; and Singapore Rojak. From 20 January to 8 February, toss to a year of prosperity with Asian Market Café’s yusheng, a scrumptious mix of fresh salmon sashimi, jellyfish, melon and various vegetables. A new addition to the festive feast is the resplendent Abalone Stuffed with Prawn Mousse, Crab Roe in Egg White Broth. The divine abalone is cut in the middle and filled with house made prawn mousse, sweet crab roe before it is paired with a specially prepared egg white broth to complement the ingredients.
