5 body care rituals to try out this week

It’s popular on Instagram but tedious to do in real life. With lockdown and time in your hands, it’s best to indulge and make the best of this underrated ritual. Dry brushing decreases inflammation, evens out skin, is a natural skin exfoliating process, supports the immune system, and improves blood circulation. Body oils are greater than body butters
